On view in the CAC’s Ferrari Gallery this Fall is the exhibition Prism Play: A Full Spectrum of Art Quilts.  In this exhibition of 62 works created by members of the Northern California/Northern Nevada region of Studio Art Quilt Associates (SAQA), viewers will be immersed in the flow of a color wheel. Each work—all created in the same size—is monochromatic in design but unique in theme, subject, and construction. Presented together, they create a vibrant spectrum unveiling the world of color that artists throughout the ages have explored.

The CAC is offering teachers and students the opportunity to see these museum-quality works in person. Trained docents will be available to lead tours Mondays through Fridays from September 21 through December 18, 2026
