Creative activity can be essential for wellbeing. Join us on the 1st Saturday each month from 1-3pm for the Wellness Art Club! Led by Recreational Therapist, Jesse Hunt, each meeting will include artmaking as a coping skill and lifestyle lessons to support positive mental health.
