DESCRIPTION:Creative activity can be essential for wellbeing. Join us on the 1st and 3rd Saturday each month from 1-3pm for the Wellness Art Club! Led by Recreational Therapist\, Jesse Hunt\, each meeting will include artmaking as a coping skill and lifestyle lessons to support positive mental health. \nMeet\, create art & connect with others! \nPre-registration suggested but not required; drop-ins welcome. \n  \nAbout the facilitator: \nJesse James Hunt \nIn my lifelong journey as an artist\, which began in 3rd grade\, and through over 14 years as a dedicated recreation therapist in mental health\, I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative power of art. My passion lies in inspiring others to embrace art as a tool for healing and a means of coping with life’s challenges. \nJoin me in this creative odyssey where every brushstroke tells a story and every creation is a step towards personal growth and community connection.
